I’ve been pondering over a few decisions lately about my business and it got me thinking.

The decision-making process has never been easy for me.

I’d love to live in a world where choices and decisions came with ease; knowing exactly the right option and going for it, without first going through a to-and-fro questioning/deliberating/back-tracking process riddled with angst and self-doubt (…and that’s just the simple decisions, like what to have for breakfast!!)

In my experience, indecisiveness creeps in when there’s a conflict between what our head is saying, vs what our heart is saying.

So, I want to share a simple, practical tool to help you step away from the Head vs Heart conflict, and use your BODY as a decision-making tool.

I want you to feel confident and clear in your decision-making ability.

Learning to check in with the body’s wisdom is one of the best tools I’ve learned to help with this process.

Click on the link to watch the video I made about it, and give this week’s affirmation a go, too!

“I am completely at home in my body.”

I’d love to hear from you what you think of this decision-making exercise; let me know in the video comments section, or hit ‘reply’ to this email and send me your thoughts!

“The body is a multilingual being.  It speaks through its color and its temperature, the flush of recognition, the glow of love, the ash of pain, the heat of arousal, the coldness of nonconviction. . . . It speaks through the leaping of the heart, the falling of the spirits, the pit at the center, and rising hope.” ~  Clarissa Pinkola Estés
