How To Stay Confident When Life Doesn’t Go To Plan.

Sometimes, Life throws you a curve ball and the plans you visualised so carefully just don’t end up working out the way you wanted, for any number of reasons.

Other times, you find yourself meeting obstacle upon obstacle in your way, and it can feel like the plans you so badly want to see come to fruition are taking forever!

These delays and setbacks can feel like you’re treading through treacle, and it can lead to you re-evaluating your circumstances and perhaps even questioning the decisions and choices you made.

Here’s the thing: sometimes when the plans we’ve planned so carefully don’t work out the way we wanted, it can knock you sideways and lead to feelings of disappointment and overwhelm.

In this week’s episode, I talk about the most empowering thing you can do in this situation and how one seemingly simple (but very powerful) question can help you get back into the driving seat and feel in charge of how you choose to respond.

Remember: the one thing we always have access to is the power to choose how to respond in any given situation.

When you’ve had a chance to watch this video and put the affirmation into practice, I’d love to know:

  • How has life changed for you for the better, by shifting your perception of events & circumstances that didn’t go to plan?

Click to Tweet: Life is unfolding for me with ease & grace. All is well in this now moment.

Thank you so much for watching, reading and for being the resourceful, inspirational light that you are.

Love,

Lucy

Love this Lucy. Just what I needed to hear today – Courage, that too from Ariel – being an Aries.
As this video began I immediately thought I can’t imagine you in that corporate role, this is what you were always meant to do, and then you recounted that story.
