The #1 Key To Having More Confidence
Today I have a topic that I know every single one of you can relate to in some shape or form.
Wanting to feel more confident is by far one of the greatest goals & aspirations I see from the people I work with; whether it’s in relationships, in the workplace, in social situations or finally stepping forward to pursue a dream you’ve been nurturing for years, the key element is having the confidence to be the way you want to be.
Now, there are many reasons why we struggle with self-confidence. Some examples that spring to mind are: years of social conditioning; belief systems we’ve carried from our parents and grandparents; cultural pressures to behave a certain way; memories of painful learning experiences through childhood and issues of self-worth. These are just some of the reasons why we struggle to step into our confidence, and each one an important topic on their own to discuss in future videos.
In today’s video, I share with you a simple and empowering way of stepping in the confident energy you desire, to show you that having more confidence needn’t be difficult or a time consuming process.
