When you have unresolved inner conflict, it often shows up as unwanted behaviour patterns. This can feel like you’re ‘at war’ with yourself.
Attempts to try to ‘work through’ these unwanted behaviours often fail because conscious tools (such as trying to change your thoughts from a negative to a positive) are used to try and resolve an unconscious process.
And meanwhile, that annoying part of you that you don’t like or want just keeps on showing up.

Fighting these internal battles depletes your vitality and disrupts your peace of mind. It also has a knock-on effect on your relationships, both personally and professionally.
